By partnering with Royal Cyber, Fletcher Building improvised product discoverability by integrating Bloomreach Search and Merchandising that uses context-based understanding to generate desired results. With an algorithm that is optimized based on customer activity, we were able to provide insights on revenue optimization, and manage their search and browsing experience – some of the key benefits that enable them to continuously learn and optimize.
