Solutions

To resolve the version End of Life (EOL) issue and ensure continuous support, Royal Cyber's technical team fixed all compilation issues encountered during the upgrade, such as data model changes and bean configurations.

In addressing the maintenance and deployment needs, Royal Cyber upgraded the promotion engine rules and SOLR search engine from 2005 to the 2211 version, enhancing the system's performance and capabilities.

We also tackled all runtime issues by updating the system via the SAP Commerce Cloud Admin Console, ensuring the platform's stability and operational efficiency.

We enabled the CMS OCC according to SAP Commerce Cloud Upgrade Version 2211 specifications, further extending the platform's functionality.
